You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others.
We reserve the right to remove Content that violates the User Agreement, including for example, copyright or trademark violations or other intellectual property misappropriation, impersonation, unlawful conduct, or harassment. All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and, we cannot take responsibility for such Content. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive.
Each User of Ojos-live.com is considered a “Content Creator” and is provide a “Channel” that they may use to create and share videos.
You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Ojos-live.com including videos, audio, photos, etc.
You may need to create an account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for safe-guarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
Mayajuel, LLC grants users a personal, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of Ojos-live.com.. This license has the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Ojos-live.com.

Businesses
If you are using Ojos-live.com on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity, and that such entity accepts this Agreement. Use of the Business section requires a business account.
Using Ojos-live.com does not give you ownership of or rights to any aspect of the Service, in-cluding user names or any other Content posted by others or Ojos-live.com.
Ojos-live.com does not share personal information collected from platform users with advertisers or any other entity with the exception of information provided to the platform for the purchase of a service of product, in that case the information may be through a third party financial processing system such as Stripe.
Ojos-live.com does not provide location information to any advertisers or any other entity with the exception of information provided to the platform for the purchase of a service of product, in that case the information may be through a third party financial processing system such as Stripe.
Ojos-live.com does not share any user content of data to any government entity without a war-rant.
All videos are rated using Ojos-live.com proprietary rating system. Videos are displayed based on this rating system.
Revenues sharing is based on number of views of advertisements by each video. If multiple videos generate revenues this are added together and paid to the Content Creator.
Full body nudity is generally not allowed on Ojos-live.com, however, there are some exceptions such as news reporting that contains nudity that is part of the news.
Videos that generate net negative likes (likes-dislikes) after 24 hours are automatically removed from the platform.
You may end your legal agreement with Ojos-live.com at any time by deactivating your accounts and discontinuing your use of the Service. Upon deactivating all of your videos, pictures, comments, etc. will be permanently deleted.
